Typical Ground Floor Layout
We specialise in producing calculations for steel beams, professionally prepared for Building Regulation Approval.
Steel beams are usually required when removing internal load bearing walls or creating openings in external walls. Where appropriate it is possible for us to specify a glued laminated (Glulam) beam as an alternative to a steel beam.
A site visit is not required if a scale drawing, or sketches with dimensions are provided. Please contact us to discuss what information is required.
