We were asked by the client to provide structural calculations to determine the correct size and specification of the steel beam and padstones. The structural calculations were then sent to the Local Councils Building Control Department who checked that the calculations complied with the Building Regulations.
Upon approval the client was then able to start work on site, safe in the knowledge that the beam and padstones were perfect for the job.
