Building Regulations.
Building Regulation Approval is required when carrying
out structural alterations.
Small, straightforward building work such as the removal of a load bearing wall can be issued under a building notice without the need for full plans. Once a building notice is given, work will be inspected as it progresses. The client will be advised if details do not comply or if further information such as structural calculations are required.
For more information regarding Building Regulation Approval please contact your Local Authority Building Control Department or a Private Sector Approved Inspector.
